I'd just like to say, before I begin that your site is informative and a great help too.

This story I heard from a friend, Heather, a few years ago. She told me that she'd woke up at about midnight thinking it was around 7:00am as her alarm clock had just gone off. She half asleep creeping down the stairs, incase she woke her grandparents or her uncle Bob. She said it got colder and colder as she walked down each step. until she had reached the bottom where she froze after seeing something infront of the TV. She rubbed her eyes and looked up at the clock above her and was quite surprised when it said it was only 1:15am. She looked quickly looked back at the figure. It was like a whiteish, pale blue cloud, in the shape of a man with tiny red eyes as if it were albino. She said was stood on it's side just staring at the TV. She was scared incase it turned to look at her so she clambered back up the stairs and as she was running up she saw it quickly melt away.

She also said she saw a number of little white clouds about her house. One time she said that late at night she heard a sizzling sound while she was laid in bed in was dark and the bedroom light was off, so she lifted up to see what it was. It was was her hair straightners, they were still pluged into the wall. She said she reached over to the light switch and a small white cloud hovering in the air. She thought it might have been another ghostly figure but it had no particuler shape or feature. It definatly wasn't the sort of colourful shapes you see when you look at a light, it looked to much like smoke, but it wasn't from the straightners, as it was still hovering in the air the next morning then disapeard slowly as she got out of bed and she said that on all of her encounters she didn't feel tired she actually felt a lot more active for some reason.
