This story was actually a real life experiance in my aunt's life. Here is what happened. One of my aunt's first few jobs was as a housekeeper. As always the first week on the job was instructed by a experianced housekeeper to make sure you did well. Well anyway my aunt and the older housekeeper went to an old house to keep it clean while the owners were away. The owners had a dog that stayed there to protect it's master's home. The first thing my aunt did was be introduced to the dog so the dog wouldn't think of her as an intruder. The house had two stories so my aunt starte with the bottom story. She cleaned it really well and the instructor was satisfied. Next was the upper story. The instructor said to my aunt that she was to go up there alone because she didn't like to clean there. So my aunt (thinking nothing of it) went upstairs to clean. When she finished with the upstairs bedroom she went to clean the bathroom. As all housekeepers do she picked up the items, wiped underneath them and placed them in the exact spot again. She left the bathroom door open and went downstairs to check with the instructor. But on the bottom of the stairs there was the dog. The dog was barking at her. My aunt assumed it must be barking at her because it didn't know her but when she passed him he kept barking up the stairs. My aunt went to see what was up the stairs. She saw the bathroom door closed although she left it open. When she went to open it again everything inside was rearranged. Even though she put them in the correct spot. When she went downstairs again, after she placed the items back, she went to the instructor. She explained what happened to the instructor and the instructor told her that is why she didn't like it up there. My aunt kept the job for a little while longer and everytime she went to clean that house she tried to bring the dog with her upstairs but it would never go. That incident never happened again and my aunt suspected the other housekeepers may have played a first day prank on her. My aunt will never really know.
